About the Firm
A forward-thinking and rapidly growing specialist conveyancing practice is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join its remote team. With a strong reputation for delivering a modern, technology-driven client experience, the firm handles a high volume of residential property transactions across England and Wales.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Conveyancer seeking the flexibility of remote working while remaining part of a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, supported by dedicated administrative and operational teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and solicitors
- Providing clear and proactive updates throughout the transaction process
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and lender requirements
- Delivering a high standard of client care and service
- Working efficiently within a technology-led environment
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Experience as a Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Property Lawyer
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- Confidence working within a remote and technology-driven environment
