We are currently seeking dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic staff to join our friendly team.
Aveley House is a 7 bedded home that offers 24/7 support for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Self motivation and the initiation to provide a stimulated environment is essential as is a passion to promote independence, dignity and choice.
You will be required to work in a team delivering person centred care and will be expected to support individuals in all aspects of their daily living including, accessing the community and personal care. The home operate a rota system and you will required to work shifts including weekends.
On-going training will be provided.
