The Governors and Headteacher of Front Street Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated, extremely hard-working HLTA to join our successful, friendly and thriving team from September 2026.
We are looking for a flexible, highly motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant with high expectations of themselves and of their pupils, and who is dedicated to inspiring a love of learning in our pupils.
We expect extremely high standards from all staff and children, our vision being “Believe. Achieve. Together we succeed”.
You will:
- Cover PPA
- Work closely with Y6
- Deliver targeted interventions to support pupil progress.
- Support teaching and learning within the classroom.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to provide high-quality educational support.
- Contribute to creating a positive, nurturing environment that supports pupils’ emotional, social, spiritual and academic development.

Salary amounts quoted are from 1st September to 31st August therefore, if you commence employment part way through the academic year they will be subject to an equated salary adjustment.
