Nakedhealth Medispa is an established medical aesthetics clinic with 22 years of experience and an outstanding reputation for patient care and service.We are a friendly team of 20, committed to providing every patient with a warm, professional and personalised experience from the moment they contact us.We are now looking for an experienced and personable Front of House Coordinator to join our team at our Wimbledon clinic.
About the role
As Front of House Coordinator, you will be an important part of the patient journey and the first point of contact for many of our patients.You will help ensure that the clinic runs smoothly while providing a welcoming, professional and attentive experience to everyone who visits.The role would suit someone who is confident, organised and genuinely enjoys meeting people, with an interest in medical aesthetics.
About you
You will have:
- At least 4 years’ experience working in a medical or dental practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, professional and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence dealing with patients and colleagues.
- A genuine interest in aesthetics and patient care.
- The ability to work every Saturday as part of a 5-day working week.
What we offer
