Duties
- Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and grooming treatments tailored to each client’s preferences
- Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering style advice
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment by sanitizing tools and workstations regularly
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair styling trends and techniques to offer modern, fashionable looks
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
- Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance the client experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in barbering or hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills in English to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Knowledge of current grooming trends, techniques, and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
