We are recruiting for a Sales Specialist with demonstrated previous Sales experience. Nicol & Co is a fast paced innovative agent that is dedicated to the most remarkable service. We sell properties at high volumes but must deliver exceptional service in doing so. We want someone to hit the ground running, you will have the best support and training from within the company. The role will cover a number of aspects and include a range of activities so we are looking for the following qualities:
- High performer: Their own performance should wow at every touch point. In time they should have their own following of clients that want to deal with them and a proven track record of generating new business. They will always speed to the phone first, keen to do the deal and lead from the front.
- Strong negotiator: They should have the right attitude and ability to deliver the best for our clients through strong negotiation and passion. Our job is to get our client the best possible price but for the buyer to feel they want to deal with us & recommend us to others.
- Knowledge of the field: He/she should have the knowledge or the desire to learn. In what can be a complex industry, full training will be provided but they will be responsible to keep up to date on the market.
- Attentive to our clients’ needs: It is imperative that our clients are kept up to date with all activity regarding their property and our marketing from start to finish.
- Organisation: Our busy offices require everyone working towards the same goal and excellent organisational and planning skills are critical to ensure that the best outcome is always achieved.
- Dedicated to results: It should be as important to the candidate that the offices do well as it is to their manager. They will assist in maximising results, be on top of the numbers and know the position of the Sales Department at all times.
- Face of the company: Should feel a responsibility for how the brand and company is perceived in the local area. Willing to get involved in events even if not during office hours.

Pay: £27,500.00-£32,000.00 per year
