Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across various areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected according to established protocols
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning products to maintain readiness for daily operations
- Follow safety procedures diligently while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or damage
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the relevant department promptly
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and supply inventory to ensure accountability and efficiency
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper disposal of waste and hazardous materials
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues promptly
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment use
