Dovetail Bar at Empire Casino is a cocktail bar in the heart of Leicester Square. Out company has enjoyed immense success since opening in 2023, and this is our third venue after Covent Garden and Leicester Square. We've built a reputation in the area for outstanding drinks and service, and intend to sustain this reputation as we grow the brand.
We are on the look out for a full time and a part time team member, to work a mix of bar and floor shifts, depending on experience and ambition. We are small team, and emphasise cross-training across all aspects of the business. You'll learn to bartend and host at the absolute highest level. The position would suit an ambitious junior bartender looking to expand their skills and knowledge in an environment that stresses all around hospitality excellence.
At Dovetail Bar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive experience at our establishment. If you have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but everything can be trained.
- Cocktail, wine and beer knowledge preferred
- Available to work nights and weekends. We are a small team, and so you will be expected to be available every Friday and Saturday.

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour
