We are looking to appoint an exceptional Residential Property Senior Associate or Partner to join our London office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced residential property lawyer to become part of a dynamic and ambitious firm with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding client service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued growth of our Residential Property team, advising a diverse client base that includes high-net-worth individuals, investors, developers, lenders and international clients on a broad range of residential property matters.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of high-quality residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Prime and high-value London residential property transactions
- New build and off-plan purchases
- Remortgages and refinancing
- Transfers of equity
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement
- Property investment and portfolio acquisitions
- Advising UK and overseas clients on residential property matters
You will also contribute to the strategic development of the department through business development, networking, client relationship management and mentoring junior lawyers.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with substantial post-qualification experience in residential property.
- Have an excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing and related property law.
- Demonstrate exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
- Have experience supervising and developing junior lawyers.
- Be commercially minded with a genuine interest in helping grow the practice.
- For Partner applicants, possess an established client following or strong professional referral network, or be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of winning and retaining work.

Pay: £70,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
