The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled freelance video editor to join our contractor network. You'll be responsible for producing professional, engaging video content for a variety of business clients across multiple industries. Projects will vary in style and length, so we're looking for someone who is creative, adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality work on time.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit long-form content including YouTube videos, podcasts and business presentations.
- Create high-converting video advertisements for paid marketing campaigns.
- Add professional transitions, motion graphics, captions, sound effects and colour grading where appropriate.
- Source and incorporate licensed stock footage, music and graphics when required.
- Maintain consistent branding and visual quality across projects.
- Deliver projects within agreed deadlines.
- Complete revisions based on client feedback.
- Communicate professionally with the Armada Growth team throughout each project.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a video editor.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of editing styles.
- Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling and visual communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable communication and excellent time management.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
