We’re looking for an experienced Facebook Ads Specialist to join our performance marketing team.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, CPA, and overall performance
- Manage and scale advertising budgets efficiently
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for growth
- Test audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign strategies
- Monitor performance and provide clear reports and recommendations
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, tracking, and optimization
- Experience managing and scaling advertising budgets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and meet performance targets
