We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years customer facing sales experience and bags of enthusiasm to deliver a great customer experience.

What does the role of Car Sales Executive involve?
Create great experiences for our customers, from the moment they make initial contact; to helping them discover their perfect vehicle; to the day they drive away their highly anticipated new car
Live and breathe the Ford brand, we've been doing this for 95 years and you'll be expected to bring a sense of excitement to their car purchase.
Deliver not just a car but a complete, unique package to help your customers make the most of their purchase, upselling of accessories, extended warranty and finance packages
What qualities do I need to succeed in the Car Sales Executive role?
Be dedicated to flawless customer service, with experience of creating great moments for customers although this doesn't necessarily need to be in car sales
Enthusiasm, drive and motivation to consistently achieve fantastic results.
Have a strong work ethic, being self-motivated at all times, whilst adding value to the team.
Hold a full current driving licence
A can do attitude and keen team player
