Rate: £26 per hour CIS
We are currently recruiting multiple experienced Joiners to work on a busy social housing maintenance contract in Belfast and surrounding areas
What’s on offer:
- £26-£28 per hour
- Work up until December 2026
- Immediate starts available
Duties:
- Reactive and planned maintenance
- Repairs and installations (doors, kitchens, flooring, etc.)
- Working within occupied social housing properties
Requirements:
- Full Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry/Joinery
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate - desirable
- You will be required to have Basic AccessNI or DBS - post offer stage
- Previous social housing experience highly desirable
- Own tools
Pay: £26.00-£28.00 per hour
