Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sprayer specializing in Glass and Doors to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare surfaces of glass and door components by cleaning, sanding, or masking to ensure optimal paint or coating adhesion.
- Operate various hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment to apply finishes accurately and evenly.
- Mix paints, primers, sealants, or other coatings using basic math skills to achieve the correct consistency and color matching.
- Follow safety protocols diligently when handling chemicals, operating machinery, or working at heights.
- Assist with fabrication tasks such as cutting, assembling, or welding components to meet project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or fabrication site to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members on installation projects, ensuring proper alignment and finishing of glass panels and doors.
- Perform deliveries and assist installations at times
Experience
- Prior warehouse experience or background in construction painting is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge related to assembly, fabrication, or working with power tools is essential.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as drills, sanders, brushes, or spray guns enhances performance in this role.
- Basic math skills are necessary for mixing paints and measuring materials accurately.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to handling chemicals and operating machinery is important for maintaining a safe work environment.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
