Overview:
We are Hiring an experienced Engineer to join our team. Responsible for designing, prototyping, and developing mechanical systems and components. This role requires collaboration with crossfunctional teams to conceptualize innovative mechanical solutions and support the product development lifecycle from initial design to production.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Design and Development:
Create and optimize 3D models, mechanical parts, and assemblies using CAD software and their Analysis (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, Ansys etc.).
Prototyping and Testing:
Assist in the development and testing of prototypes, ensuring that designs meet performance and safety requirements.
Product Improvement:
Evaluate existing mechanical systems and suggest design modifications or improvements to enhance functionality, performance, and manufacturability.
Documentation:
Prepare detailed technical drawings, BOMs (Bills of Materials), assembly instructions, and design reports.
Collaboration:
Work closely with electrical, software, and production teams to ensure smooth integration of mechanical components into complete systems.
Quality Assurance:
Support quality control processes by validating designs through simulations, stress analysis, and testing.
Project Support:
Assist senior engineers and project managers in executing mechanical engineering tasks according to timelines and budgets.
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot mechanical issues in products or systems and propose effective solutions.
Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of components and compliance with design specifications.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
Continuous Learning:
Keep up-to-date with new design tools, materials, and manufacturing techniques to continuously improve the design process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
- 1 - 2 Years of experince.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, Ansys.
- Basic knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and tolerance analysis.
- Familiarity with mechanical simulations and FEA tools is a plus.

Full Time On-site
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
