CCTV Intruder Fire alarm Access Control Systems
About the role
We are a growing fire and security company looking to recruit either an experienced Security Alarm Engineer or a trainee engineer to join our team.
You will work across a range of sites installing, servicing, and maintaining security systems including intruder alarms, CCTV, Fire and access control systems.
This is a field-based role covering Sussex, Surrey areas with full support and training provided where required.
Experienced Engineer Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing, and fault-finding of security systems
- Working independently on site
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
- Completing job reports and documentation
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer service
Trainee Engineer Opportunity
We are also open to trainee applicants who are looking to build a career in the Alarm and security industry.
Trainees will receive:
- Full on-the-job training
- Mentoring from experienced engineers
- Exposure to intruder alarms, CCTV, Fire and access control systems
- Support to develop into a qualified Fire & Security Engineer role
Requirements Experienced Engineer
- Previous experience in Alarm, Cctv fire & security / alarm engineering
- Knowledge of CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems
- Ability to work independently and fault-find
- Full clean UK driving licence
Trainee Engineer
- Interest in electronics, security systems, or engineering
- Practical / hands-on attitude
- Willingness to learn and work on-site
- Full UK driving licence preferred (or working towards)

Hours
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
- Overtime / call-out rota
