Are you a sales leader who knows how to turn data into results?
Higher Education Partners (HEP) is looking for a driven and commercially focused Enrolment Team Manager to lead our team of Enrolment Specialists and take ownership of sales performance, conversion and enrolment targets across our university partnerships.
This is a fast-paced, high-performance environment where you'll be expected to lead from the front, coach your team, challenge performance and use data to drive decisions.
This is a management role — not a hands-on sales role. Your focus will be on getting the very best from your team, removing barriers, spotting opportunities and ensuring we consistently hit our enrolment targets.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Enrolment Specialists
- Own team performance against sales, conversion and enrolment targets
- Use Salesforce and performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Monitor key sales KPIs, pipeline activity and conversion throughout the enrolment journey
- Coach and challenge individuals to improve performance and achieve their potential
- Create a culture of accountability, pace and high performance
- Identify risks early and put clear action plans in place
- Manage up effectively, providing senior leaders with clear insight into performance, challenges and opportunities
- Work collaboratively across the business and with our university partners
- Ensure the student experience remains at the heart of the enrolment journey
Who we're looking for
Management experience is essential.
We're looking for someone who has already led a sales, enrolment, admissions, recruitment or contact centre team and is ready to take their leadership to the next level.
You should be:
- A proven Sales Manager, Team Manager, Team Leader or Supervisor
- Experienced in managing performance through others, rather than relying on your own sales
- Highly data-driven and commercially minded
- Confident using Salesforce/CRM systems and sales performance data
- Comfortable challenging performance and having difficult conversations when needed
- Able to manage up as confidently as you manage your team
- Naturally proactive — you see a problem and get stuck into finding the solution
- Comfortable working at pace in a target-driven environment
- A strong communicator who can build relationships across teams and with senior stakeholders
- Passionate about developing people and creating high-performing teams
Why HEP?
You'll be joining a growing Higher Education business working with university partners to help prospective students access programmes that can genuinely change their careers and futures.
