The JoCs Group is a Professional Cleaning Company , maintaining Communual areas in residential blocks flats- this is not private House cleaning .
Due to expansion we have a job opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our professional Mobile cleaning team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various blocks of Residential Flats by driving from block to block.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning communual areas of Residential flats including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and correctly, including vacuum cleaners,
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning work is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidates.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
