Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm (some Saturdays preferred but not essential)
Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 dependent upon experience
Vehicle: Company van provided
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Window and Door Fitter to join our installations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and replacing windows and doors across various residential and commercial projects. Applicants must be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install uPVC, aluminium, and timber windows and doors
- Ensure all fittings meet safety and building regulations
- Work efficiently and professionally on-site
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Maintain and care for tools and the provided company van
- Complete paperwork and job reports accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience fitting windows and doors
- Full UK driving license (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as required
