Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere throughout their shift. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, along with knowledge of food safety standards. A friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service are essential qualities for this position.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and personalised service
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times during service
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekdays, weekends and evenings
- A proactive attitude with strong organisational skills
- Personal presentation that reflects professionalism and hospitality standards

Please note due to serving alcohol unsupervised (including on our garden bar), and requiring to work late evenings this role is only open to applicants 18 and over.
