CNC Punch Press Setter/Operator wanted for a busy subcontract sheet metal manufacturer in south Telford, minutes from the M54 and easy to reach from Madeley, Dawley, Broseley and Bridgnorth.
This is a genuine setting role, not button pressing. You'll be selecting and loading tooling, working from part drawings, proving first offs and running your own quality checks on a modern Trumpf punch with automated sheet loading.
What you'll need:
Experience setting and operating CNC punch presses, Trumpf or Amada
Confident reading engineering drawings
Able to select correct tooling for each job and check your own work
Up to £15.60 per hour depending on experience, weekly pay, temp to perm for the right person with a permanent position at the end of it. Immediate starts available.
Pay: £15.60-£17.10 per hour
