The Role
As our Supervisor, you are the "Manager on Duty." You’ll lead the floor to ensure every family has a safe, seamless, and magical visit.
- Lead the Crew: Coach and motivate the team to deliver "above and beyond" service.
- Own the Floor: Manage daily operations, from smooth birthday parties to safety checks.
- Business Basics: Handle opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and staff scheduling.
- Problem Solver: Take initiative to fix issues on the spot and keep the park running perfectly.
