The Growth Company’s (GC) Employment, Justice and Health team is seeking an MI and Performance Analyst to be responsible for the development and delivery of Management Information and Business Intelligence across GC Employment and to establish and maintain robust performance management systems and processes that ensure that the business delivers the highest level of performance against contractual and operational targets.
The role is based at Lee House, Manchester (or an alternative Growth Company location), with a hybrid working arrangement.
Employment, Justice and Health deliver integrated support to help individuals with complex barriers move towards and into work. We work with people affected by health conditions, justice involvement, or long-term unemployment, supporting them to improve their wellbeing, confidence, and employability. We provide tailored, person-centred support alongside access to specialist partners, and collaborate with employers to create inclusive job opportunities. Through this work, we aim to improve life chances and support sustained, positive outcomes for individuals and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver Management Information (MI) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to support operational performance and service transformation.
- Produce accurate and insightful performance reports for senior leaders, Board members and external stakeholders.
- Provide analysis and forecasting that supports business planning, performance improvement and growth.
- Monitor contractual, operational, financial and quality performance, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
- Deliver customer and performance insight to support business development, policy creation and tender submissions.
- Work closely with operational teams to maximise contract performance and achieve key targets.
- Collaborate with software development and reporting teams to ensure systems meet operational needs.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including funding bodies and delivery partners.
About You:

Skills Required:
- Strong experience in management information, business intelligence and performance reporting.
- Advanced quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, SSRS or similar platforms.
- Experience working within a payment-by-results or contract performance environment.
- Strong business planning, forecasting and performance management capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and data reporting tools.
- Understanding of funding body performance requirements and stakeholder reporting expectations.
