We are a 40 bedded EMI Residential Home for the elderly are we are dedicated to providing outstanding care to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a Carer to join our dedicated team, we will soon be extended to a 40 bedded home.
Responsibilities and Duties.
You will be responsible for the safety and welfare of the residents between the hours of 20.00 and 08.00.
Your duties will include providing all aspects of personal care.
Assisting residents to use the facilities in house in a safe and professional way. Ensuring residents are comfortable and well cared for at all times.
There will also be designated tasks to undertake during the shift.
Qualifications and Experience,
You must be 18 years or over.
You must be able to work well as part of a team and also be competent to work alone.
You must be flexible and motivated.
You must be of caring disposition.
Previous experience in a similar role and/or an NVQ qualification in Health & Social Care is preferred but not essential.
