21st Amendment Hoylake is on the look out for an experienced supervisor. We are a live music and sports venue that also serves restaurant quality food.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and will possess strong leadership abilities to assist the general manager in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all staff and oversee the running of the venue
- Ensure exception customer service
- Train and monitor staff on product knowledge and service
- Handle customer queries, requests and complaints efficiently
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness of the venue and health and safety
- Oversee stock management
- Assist the GM in planning and executing of events
- Able to supervise and motivate staff effectively
- Flexibility to be able to work in all parts of the venue (bar, floor, restaurant)

Requirements:
- Must have previous supervisory experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership skills
- Good cocktail knowledge
- Experience taking food orders/running food
- Able to supervise and motivate staff effectively
- Experienced in till reconciliation
- Barista experience
- Must be available weekends/late nights
