Part-Time Beauty Therapist – Level 3

Goya Spa is looking for a warm, confident and experienced Level 3 Beauty Therapist to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.
We’re passionate about creating exceptional experiences for every client, from the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and cared for. We’re looking for someone who shares that passion, has excellent massage skills and experience in professional facial treatments, and takes genuine pride in delivering thoughtful, personalised treatments.
The Role
As part of the Goya Spa team, you’ll provide a range of beauty, massage, facial and body treatments in a welcoming, professional clinic environment.
You’ll play an important role in helping clients feel comfortable, listened to and confident in their treatment choices. We’re looking for someone who is confident and experienced in:
● Swedish massage
● Deep tissue massage
● Back, neck and shoulder massage
● Scalp and head massage
● Professional facial treatments
● Machine and equipment-based facial treatments
● Pedicures
● Client consultations and treatment recommendations
About You
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you:
● Hold a Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
● Have previous experience working in a salon, spa or clinic
● Have strong, confident massage skills
● Have experience delivering both hands-on and machine-based facial treatments
● Feel comfortable using professional beauty equipment and technology
● Have a good understanding of different skin types and concerns
● Are warm, friendly and professional with clients
● Have excellent communication and customer service skills
● Are reliable, organised and punctual
● Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team
● Take pride in creating a calm, welcoming client experience
● Have a genuine passion for beauty, skincare and helping people feel their best
● Are keen to continue learning and developing your skills
Previous experience in laser hair removal, advanced skin treatments, chemical peels or body treatments would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential.
Training will be provided on Goya Spa’s specialist treatments, equipment and treatment protocols where required. This is a great opportunity to build your experience, develop your treatment skills and grow with an established beauty, skin and laser clinic.
