We’re a fast-growing digital label printing company based in Wellington, Somerset, supplying high-quality printed labels to businesses in food & drink, cosmetics, manufacturing and more. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support team member to join our friendly and supportive team.
In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our customers and internal teams—ensuring a smooth sales process from enquiry through to production.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy
- Obtain order details and specifications to prepare accurate quotes within agreed deadlines
- Ensure all order information is correctly passed to internal teams
- Provide first-line advice to customers on materials, applications, and finishes — escalating technical complexity where needed
- Keep customers updated on the status of their orders
- Support the resolution of customer queries in line with our Customer Care policy
- Assist with collecting data for reporting, analysis, and compliance purposes
Support continuous improvement by contributing to process reviews and team feedback

- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or admin is beneficial but not essential
- Willingness to learn and grow with the role
