We are looking for experienced Primary and Secondary SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supportive school communities. While experience of working with a variety of needs is preferred, what's essential is that you have a passion and enthusiasm for going above and beyond for children of all needs.

The Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant Should:
- Have experience working with children with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in classes.
- Team Teach trained.
- Be passionate about working with SEN children.
- Be flexible, proactive, and patient.
- Be able to communicate effectively within a team.
- Be committed to work full-time (or agreed part-time hours).
- Could have a coaching background or experience that is transferable from a Mental health background or a passion to support those Complex Needs
