We are a boutique day spa in the heart of Holland Park, and we are looking for a warm, polished and enthusiastic Weekend Receptionist to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone with previous salon or spa reception experience who genuinely loves the beauty and wellness industry and understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
Hours
- Saturday: 10:00am - 7:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Additional weekday shifts may be available to cover holidays and team absences
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and providing a five-star customer experience
- Managing appointments and diary bookings
- Answering telephone calls and responding to client enquiries
- Handling WhatsApp messages and online bookings
- Taking payments and processing transactions
- Assisting with retail sales and product recommendations
- Preparing refreshments for clients
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the spa
- Light housekeeping and ensuring reception and client areas remain immaculate
- Providing administrative support to the owner when required
What We're Looking For
- Previous salon or spa reception experience is essential
- A genuine passion for the beauty, wellness and spa industry
- A professional and polished appearance
- Warm, friendly and confident communication skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using booking systems and technology
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Someone who takes pride in creating memorable client experiences

Based in beautiful Holland Park, West London, with excellent transport links and easy travel access.
