We're looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our fantastic kitchen team at The Stag, Salhouse.
Food is at the heart of what we do, and we've built a reputation for serving high-quality dishes using fresh produce delivered every week. We're looking for someone who shares our passion for great food and wants to be part of a kitchen that takes pride in every plate.
What you'll be doing:
- Working alongside our Head Chef to create exciting seasonal specials.
- Preparing and cooking fresh, quality ingredients every day.
- Helping maintain the high standards we're known for.
- Supporting and motivating the kitchen team in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
- Bringing creativity, enthusiasm, and new ideas to the menu.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- A genuine passion for fresh food and quality cooking.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive as part of a close-knit team.
- Pride in your work and attention to detail.
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow.
