We are recruiting for a Clinical Support Worker - Bedford Renal Unit who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
We are looking for a passionate and committed person to be an integral part of our team and demonstrate a willingness to develop the knowledge and skills required to assist in caring for renal haemodialysis patients under the supervision of a registered nurse.

If you are successfully shortlisted you will need to sit a role related assessment.
Providing assistance to the nursing team in the process of haemodialysis and working collaboratively and co-operatively to meet the needs of patient’s and their families within the sphere of your level of competence related to in-service training, at the discretion of the unit manager.
Prepare each individuals environment, equipment and materials appropriately for the procedure prior to starting the procedure.
Be responsible for the accurate recording of clinical observations and data relating to patients care, ensuring any concerns are discussed with the senior colleagues.
Involve patients and carers /relatives in shared decision making and provide reassurance and support to patients and carers /family.
