Warehouse Production Operative
Location: St Helens
Days/Hours of Work: Monday – Friday | 7:30am-4:30pm
No weekends | No bank holidays | Christmas shut-down
Are you looking for a hands-on warehouse role where your effort is valued and your weekends stay free? Our client in St Helens is growing rapidly and is now looking for Warehouse Production Operatives to join their busy, expanding operation.
This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role suited to people who enjoy staying active at work and take pride in accuracy and teamwork.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Order picking using handheld scanners
- Building pallets accurately to customer orders
- Cross-referencing orders against check sheets
- Checking SKUs, quantities, and barcodes
- Wrapping and packaging pallets ready for dispatch
- General housekeeping duties such as brushing and tidying the warehouse
The Reality of the Role (We’re Upfront):
- This is a busy ambient warehouse with daily targets
- The role involves manual handling, lifting, bending, and being on your feet for most of the shift
- Attention to detail is essential – accuracy matters
- Repetitive tasks form part of the role, but consistency and reliability are key to success

- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is an advantage, but not essential
