Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys finding great people, building strong relationships and taking a proactive approach to talent acquisition?
We’re looking for a Recruitment & Talent Lead to take ownership of recruitment across the Group and play a key role in helping us attract the people we need to support our continued growth and future ambitions.
This is not a role where you’ll simply post a job advert and wait for applications. We’re looking for someone who can bring their experience, networks and ideas to the table, proactively identifying and engaging talented people and finding new and effective ways to reach candidates.
Your immediate focus will be on sourcing and attracting skilled Mobile Engineers across the Group, while also building strong talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles. You’ll work closely with Directors and Hiring Managers, using your recruitment expertise to understand our needs and develop effective strategies to attract the right people.
As the role develops, you’ll also have the opportunity to play an important part in shaping our future workforce, supporting areas such as succession planning, apprenticeships, early careers and developing the talent pipelines we need for the future.
If you’re someone who can hit the ground running, enjoys a challenge and wants the opportunity to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
