About the role
Source Supply are recruiting for a resilient and caring SEND Teaching Assistant to work at a school in Redcar and Cleveland.
This school celebrates each individual child and strives to empower the young learners to help them thrive – strengthening their social and academic skills.
As a SEND Teaching assistant – you will ensure you are providing a quality and inclusive education. You will focus on making a real positive impact in children’s lives – the school has high aspirations for the learners and achieves this by engaging them fully and building foundations for their future.
The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will join a very caring and passionate team who love their job and enjoy working together.
Requirements
Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
· Experience in working with children in a school or specialist setting.
· A nurturing, patient and consistent approach.
· Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
· Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
· Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
· Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle.
