The Job
We are recruiting commercial and industrial window cleaning operatives. The successful applicant will need to be experienced in Industrial Window Cleaning and be fully conversant with the Pure Water Fed Pole Systems, traditional window cleaning techniques and prepared to work at height if required using various MEWPS or building BMU systems. You must have a full driving licence. IPAF/CSCS licences are an advantage and you may need to undertake some industrial cleaning duties and work outside normal working hours and work within other areas of the business as and when required.
You will be able to confidently communicate with our clients. Have a good understanding of Health and Safety guidelines and a proven track record of industry knowledge. There will also be general duties during the working week ranging from pressure washing, waste removal and other commercial cleaning activities.
Essential
- To be suitable for this role you will require transport to commute to and from your place of work.
- Flexible attitude to your duties as they may vary day to day
- Excellent standard of customer care
- Industry relevant certifications although additional training will be provided.
- Be able to work on their own or as part of a team
- Full driving license
- Be pepared to work overtime if required
Desirable
- The ideal candidate will have experience preferably with high level access machines (MEWP)
- IPAF qualification
- CSCS Card
