About the Role
7 Major E-Com Pro is looking for a commercially minded E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize online sales channels, improve customer experiences, and support digital revenue growth. The ideal candidate will combine e-commerce knowledge with strong analytical and marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms and online storefronts.
- Monitor sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer behavior.
- Develop strategies to improve online revenue and customer engagement.
- Coordinate product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
- Analyze e-commerce performance and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, technology, and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or online sales.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
