We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Clinical Systems Support Officer, initially on a 12-month contract.
This role is 25 hours per week, to be worked between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
You will be a key point of contact for SystmOne and related clinical systems, providing user support, maintaining system configuration, supporting data quality, developing guidance and training resources, and contributing to system improvements across the Hospice.
You will:

Have experience of systems support and user training in a busy operational environment.

Be highly organised, accurate and able to prioritise competing demands.

Communicate confidently with colleagues to resolve queries and improve processes.

Have good IT skills, ideally including SystmOne or other clinical systems.

Be flexible, proactive and committed to St Gemma’s values.
