Job Title: Nursery Practitioner
Location: Upminster Bridge
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Hours: Up to 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in our pre-school room.
Job Description:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in the development and well-being of our children. You will be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where children can thrive. Your role will involve:
- Working with a team of nursery practitioners and assistants in the pre-school room.
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that support early learning and development.
- Monitoring and recording the progress of each child, and providing regular updates to parents and carers.
- Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and care are maintained at all times.
- Working closely with parents to build strong relationships and provide guidance on their child's development.
- Ensuring compliance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and other relevant regulations.
- Supporting the children to become independent and ready for school
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working in a nursery
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong understanding of early childhood development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with babies and toddlers.
