Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: up to 40,000 plus potential of performance based bonus
Location: Liverpool City Centre on a Hybrid basis
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 9 to 5:30pm
What you will be doing:
- Define and document project scope, identifying deliverables and goals that align with business strategy.
- Maintain project plans and schedules from initiation through to release / implementation.
- Adhere to necessary regulatory requirements and security protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Eg. Conduct DPIA’s and facilitate security reviews at relevant points in the project lifecycle.
- Implement effective project governance practices including regular meetings, accurate reporting and detailed documentation.
- Lead teams to deliver increments of value within clearly defined timeboxes and to predefined levels of quality.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Attend and run daily standups
What we are looking for:
- Proven working experience as a Project Manager, financial services/ Insurance sector would be beneficial
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday, Azure and Ms Office
- Excellent understanding and successful implementation of project methodologies to facilitate delivery
- Confidence and clear in communication across all platforms with stakeholders at any level

- Successful project launches, both in quality and timeline.
- Stakeholder satisfaction in both delivery and communication throughout project lifecycle.
- Adherence to compliance and security standards with every release.
- Effective leadership of multi-skilled / cross functional teams to maintain release quality and frequency through collaboration.
