We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bar tender to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring that each drink is crafted to perfection. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages and alcoholic.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for cash handling and order processing.
- A willingness to help customers with their orders and provide recommendations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Previous experience in food preparation or as a Barista is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills.
