Due to an unexpected but equally pleasing contract win with immediate work proceeding, we are looking to expand our team at our West Thurrock HQ
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to join our very busy , thriving growing Transport and Warehousing company. In this role, you will be the point of contact for our clients, providing daily updates with deliveries and collections and handling new bookings coming in, working within our TMS (Mandata). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and have a proactive approach to resolving customer queries. In a very fast paced environment servicing an inbox with over 1000 e mails a day split between the team, you will need to be able to be multi tasked, a good memory and a calm manner in busy periods.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels such as TEAMS
- Assist clients with information, order processing, and issue resolution to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Excellent Phone manner skills and be able to handle lots of phone interaction.
- Able to work under pressure
- Working with fellow CSE and Bookings team to ensure swift turnaround times.
- Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

- Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a profession demeanour.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude towards resolving customer issues efficiently. - Proven experience in Logistics for customer service roles, with a focus on client relationship management.
