Front of House Staff – The Ivy’s Restaurant, Swineshead We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our Front of House team at The Ivy’s Restaurant in Swineshead. We are a busy, established restaurant and are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great customer service and works well as part of a team. The role will include: - Welcoming and seating customers - Taking food and drink orders - Serving meals and drinks - Clearing and resetting tables - Helping customers with any questions or requests - Keeping the restaurant clean, tidy and well presented - Working alongside the rest of the team to provide excellent service, particularly during busy periods This position will involve regular evening and weekend work, so applicants must be available to work these shifts. Previous experience in a restaurant, café or other customer-facing role would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right person. We’re looking for someone who is: - Friendly, approachable and confident with customers - Reliable and punctual - Hardworking with a positive attitude - Able to remain calm and organised during busy services - A good team player - Flexible with their working hours - Well presented and professional Hours: Approximately 30–35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Pay: National Minimum Wage, dependent on age.
