We are seeking an experienced and hardworking team leader/ganger to join our team.
You will be responsible for running a team of 2 - 3 people, carrying out a variety of groundworks to support construction projects, ensuring high standards of safety and quality at all times. Experience in deep drainage preferred but not essential.
Requirements;
- Previous experience in groundworks essential (minimum of 3 years experience running a gang)
- Basic Health & safety Awareness (CSCS green, Shea or basic awareness training) (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- SSSTS (preferred but not essential)
- Plant/machine tickets desirable but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Computer skills (essential)
Competitive rates of pay depending on experience.
