Rose Green Infant School is a three form entry school, located in Rose Green, on the outskirts of Bognor Regis.

Salary: £14.40 - £14.63 per hour (inclusive rate, with annual leave entitlement)
Contract Type: Fixed term
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.10pm

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Be passionate about helping all children achieve their potential and become lifelong learners.
- Be experienced at working with children in an educational setting.
- Be able to support children with learning and/or social and emotional needs, both within and outside the classroom.
- Be able to demonstrate good behaviour management skills.
- Show commitment to the safeguarding of children.
- Be a highly motivated, flexible team players with can work using initiative or under direction.
Further Information
We are looking for two fixed term (term time only) Teaching Assistants (including midday meals supervision) to join our team:
- Post 1 – 1 day a week class based TA (Y1), 6 hours 10 mins per week, working on a Monday. Commencing 2 November 2026 until 19 July 2027.
- Post 2 – maternity cover, class-based TA (EYFS), 30 hours 50 mins per week, Monday to Friday. Commencing 19 October 2026 until 21 July 2027.
