Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems in accordance with company standards.
- Diagnose faults and malfunctions, providing timely solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Install new equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services performed and provide recommendations for future maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to continually enhance technical skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driving licence is essential for travel between job sites.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to the industry is advantageous.
