We are currently seeking enthusiastic, friendly and service-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting our restaurant, bar and events operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities

Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests.

Deliver food and drink service across restaurant, bar and events.

Ensure tables are set and service areas are maintained to a high standard.

Support the team during busy periods, working efficiently and positively.

Assist with bar service when required.

Handle guest enquiries and requests with confidence and professionalism.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation across all front-of-house areas.

Work collaboratively with kitchen and wider hotel teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality is preferred

A positive, friendly and proactive attitude.

Strong communication skills and a professional manner.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
