About us
HausenCare is a London-based property repair and maintenance company. We handle plumbing, electrical, general repairs, gas safety certificates and emergency call-outs for estate agents, lettings agencies and block managers. Our work is judged on speed, first-time fix rate and how we deal with tenants — not just on the repair itself.
The role
You will be sent to occupied and void residential properties across London to complete a mixed workload of repairs. Most days you will handle several jobs at different addresses, working from a job list on your phone.
Essential requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven multi-trade experience in property maintenance, lettings or social housing
- Right to work in the UK
- A smartphone, and the ability to use a job management app for updates and photos
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised across several sites in a day
- Clear spoken and written English for dealing with tenants and agents
Pay: £13.83-£22.60 per hour
