Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, establishing a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they enter the store
- Provide expert advice on products, highlighting features and benefits tailored to individual client needs
- Utilise upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content and responding to customer inquiries to boost brand visibility
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines to ensure an attractive shopping environment
- Organise and manage stock levels, ensuring products are well-presented and replenished as needed
- Handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Develop strong relationships with clients through personalised service and follow-up communications
- Assist in organising promotional events or special initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when liaising with clients or suppliers
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanour
- Experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock management accurately
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and visual presentation standards within luxury retail settings
- Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service roles is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
