Job Description:
Pride in Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Staff to join our dedicated day team. You will support adults with daily living, promote independence, and deliver high-quality, person-centred care within the community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and emotional support
- Assist with meals, mobility, medication prompts, and daily routines
- Follow personalised care plans and maintain accurate records
- Travel between visits and work as part of a supportive care team
Requirements:
- A caring, patient, and empathetic attitude
- Good communication skills and reliability
- Ability to work independently and travel between calls
- Previous experience is welcome but not essential — full training is provided
