Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors. Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to the highest standard, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as corridors, lobbies, and communal spaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linen as required.
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and guest privacy at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and guest service expectations is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently maintained.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
